We are living in unprecedented times at the moment and one thing that is on every business owners mind is CASH! The saying cash is king has never meant more than it does now. With that in mind, I have created simple cash flows below that are downloadable that can be used for your personal use and for use in your business. There are extra rows in the cash flows for you to add additional expenses, you can also add extra rows to the income and expenses and it will automatically include those rows in the calculations.

This cash flow is on one page, your business income and expenses can be added to the top section and then you can add your personal expenses below. This cash flow is on one page and can be used for your personal expenses if you are an employee or if you have a business cash flow but are concerned about how your personal cash flow and want to be able to see at a glance where you are.
COVID-19 Lock Down Tips....
If you are self employed and you have found that business has completely stopped there are a few tips below that you can do to relieve some of the financial pressure
Ask for a reduction in your rent
Ask for a mortgage holiday if you own your home
Speak to credit card companies and loan companies for payment holidays or payment reductions during the lock down while you can't work
Speak to your suppliers and ask for payment reductions during the lock down
Ask for a time to pay on any tax that you have outstanding
Apply for Universal Credits while you wait for the Self Employed grant - If you earn over £50,000 in trading profits (profit before you are taxed) and you're self employed you won't be entitled to the Self Employed grant so have you looked into a business interruption loan?
If you run a business and have employees working for you that you have had to furlough, have you made your first claim for the furloughed wages grant? The portal is now open at the gov.uk site
If you have employees that are still working but have been off sick were you aware that you can claim SSP back from day 1 of the sickness for up to 14 days?
If you run a business are you aware of the business grants that are available? You can find more information via your local authority websites.
Are you VAT registered? Do you know that you can defer your VAT payments for the quarter ending March 2020. You do not need to apply for this, just cancel your direct debit.
